  • Successful defense of an appeal to the Eighth District Court of Appeals seeking reversal of permanent injunctive relief awarded in favor of a construction company defending itself against claims of improper hiring practices
  • Participation in the defense of a tobacco company in a product liability, wrongful death, and consumer protection case
  • Representation of a national telecommunications provider against allegations of violating the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act
